Built on a crisp, clean pale malt base with balanced, integrated bitterness, this pale gold lager delivers exactly what a great session lager should - delicate malt character, subtle fruit notes and a gentle spicy-floral finish from the Tettnanger hops. Light-bodied, crisp and refreshingly smooth from start to finish.
The M54 Californian Lager yeast ferments cleanly within a tight temperature range, giving you a crisp, refined result that showcases the elegance of the style. Whether you’re brewing a crowd-pleaser for a gathering or just want a reliable lager in your regular rotation, Mane Event always delivers.
Please note: you’ll also need to add Dextrose 1kg, MJ’s Brew Enhancer 1kg or Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.2kg to complete your brew.
