MJ Craft Series Hazy IPA - 2.5kg

Built on a hazy blend of pale and wheat malts with a soft, restrained bitterness, this hazy amber IPA serves up tropical, citrus and stone fruit aromas that hit from the first pour. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops layer the fruit character beautifully, with a silky-smooth, medium-bodied finish that keeps things accessible without losing any of the punch.
The M66 Hophead Ale yeast is purpose-built for hazy styles, producing the soft, juicy mouthfeel that defines a great Hazy IPA. Brewed to 18L for a bigger, bolder result - this is a seriously impressive kit that delivers every time.

Please note: you’ll also need to add Dextrose 1kg, MJ’s Brew Enhancer 1kg, Pure Liquid Malt Extract 1.2kg or MJ’s Beer Enhancer 1 1.4kg to complete your brew.
