H1 Citrus brings together Citra, Centennial and Cascade hop pellets in one ready-to-use blend - the citrus character you’re after, without sourcing and weighing three hop varieties yourself. Add it to your fermenter once your beer reaches the specific gravity stated in your recipe, then leave it to work its magic - no stirring needed, just a few days’ patience before bottling.
Mangrove Jack’s Recommendation: American Amber Ale — 2 Pale Ale, 1 x H1 Citrus Hop Sachet, E2 Medium Enhancer, M36 Liberty Bell Yeast. Approx. 4.7% ABV. Makes 20L.
